Teams

To request housing for a team of competitors upon registering, please send an email with the following information to dcdicoordinator at ballroomatmaryland.com.

Name of team/school:
Name/Contact information for team captain:
Number of competitors that need housing:
The names and genders of those competitors:
Nights for which housing is needed (Friday, Saturday, or both):
When you expect to be arriving:
Any other specifications (such as competitors that would like to be housed together, or anyone on the team has special requirements). Please let us know well in advance so we can try to accommodate you.

The housing will be with Ballroom at Maryland team members who have donated space in their houses/apartments/dorms, so captains, please let your team members know that they should bring sleeping bags, pillows, etc. We will try to keep teams housed together in the same building or house, but for the larger teams will we likely need to split you up.

Unless there are unusual circumstances, you can meet up with your host at the social dance on Friday night at the Grand Ballroom in Stamp Student Union, where the competition will be held the next day. Please find either Sara or Amanda upon arrival, and they'll make sure you meet your host.

Individual Couples

We will try to find housing for you as well, but since hotel accommodations are easier to come by for two, the priority will go to team housing. Please contact dcdicoordinator at ballroomatmaryland.com with your names and contact information.
