Program Advertisements
A program of events will be distributed to all the competitors (as part of the registration packet) and to all of the spectators upon entrance to the ballroom. In order to supplement the printing cost of the program a special "Advertising Section" has been designated at the end of the program.

Requirements
We must receive your payment (checks payable to Ballroom at Maryland) together with camera-ready artwork by Tuesday, September 30, 2008. The advertisements will be placed on a first-come-first-serve basis, as sizing allows. Please snail mail your camera-ready artwork to the address below or email it as a .pdf to

If you would like your artwork returned, and/or to receive a copy of the printed brochure, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped ($0.82 -- two 41 cent stamps) 8.5" x 11" envelope with your payment. Please contact to reserve space in the program or for more information.
Website Ads
To register or pre-pay for tickets to any part of DCDI’s competitions or evening show, the attendees must go through our website: www.ballroomatmaryland.com/dcdi Advertising space is available for the bottom of the main page screen, under a special thank-you to our sponsors. We will post a graphic, business title/slogan, and contact information, but any more will have to be placed on the website the graphic links to. We will be happy to hyperlink your ad to your website.
Please send the graphic as you would like it to appear on the website, along with the website you would like the link to go to, by email to our webmaster: Alec Colvin, webmaster AT ballroomatmaryland DOT com. The deadline for new ads to go up is October 12th, 2008.
Cost of website advertising
The cost for a web advertisement is $10/month for each month it appears, up through the weekend of the competition (November is free).
